When you first visit the practitioner there will be a short consultation and then all you need to do is recline on a comfortable chair or couch and listen to relaxing music while the reflexology relaxes your feet and works over the reflexes. The session generally lasts about an hour, working on one foot at a time.

Reflexology is transforming the lives of hundreds of people suffering from a wide variety of complaints.
