Our pure natural soaps are hand crafted from a Victorian recipe using Olive and Coconut oils, with no artificial additives. Small batches ensure a high quality of product. All our soaps are made to EU standards and requirements.

AROMATHERAPY
The Art and Science of using essential oils from plants to enhance the healing of body, mind and spirit.Professional aromatherapy is a safe complimentary therapy for men, women, children and the elderly.
Combining the benefits of the essential oils with those of therapeutic massage produces a pleasurable yet effective method of healing .
While it is not a replacement for orthodox healthcare, in professional hands aromatherapy does not interfere with medical treatments
and will actively support the body's own healing process.
What to expect from your first treatment.
Your first appointment will begin with you being asked about your general health, medical history, and emotional well-being.
A unique blend of essential oils will be tailored to your special requirements.
During the massage your body will be completely covered with towels at all times-only the area being worked on will be uncovered.
All you need to do is relax.
Therapeutic massage helps the body in many ways:
- Reduces stress, anxiety, depression, low energy and sleeplessness.
- Releases tight painful muscles.
- Improves circulation and releases toxins and water retention.
- Reduces cellulite.

Reiki
A gentle yet powerful form of healing using the natural universal life energy, channelled through the hands of the practitioner.
Reiki promotes deep relaxation and a feeling of profound wellbeing whilst energising the body's own healing capacity and strengthening it.
Reiki is an ideal therapy to help in a stressful emotional time, including bereavement, depression, anxiety etc.
Reiki is also used to help with addictions, such as eating disorders, smoking, alcohol and others.
Reiki treatments are carried out while the client is fully clothed lying on a bed or sitting in a chair.

REIKI ATTUNEMENTS
The Usui Reiki method works by an attuned practitioner channelling energy from the
natural source into the person, animal, plant, object or situation requiring healing.Reiki is primarily a "hands on healing' system in which the healer will place his or her hands on the receiver.
Using various hand positions the practitioner will channel energy into the whole body and the affected area.
The energy will then heal or assist healing any unbalance or problems in the mind, body or spirit.
Unlike other forms of 'hands on healing' requiring full body contact: reiki can work through clothing.
The Reiki attunement and course is simply a way of activating and increasing the energy flow and passing on
the techniques and skills necessary to heal, in the way devised by Mr Usui, and the earlier masters of Reiki.
As people attuned to Reiki, practise the system more and more, and move through the three degrees of Reiki teachings and attunements,
their whole life begins to change for the better.
Yet, Reiki is not a religion, it is a logical philosophy.
The basics of the philosophy are just five principles which when followed generate a harmonious, loving, happy and healthy lifestyle.
