GAWMLESS END
Gawmless (or Gormless) End is an historic old Lancashire farmhouse nestling among the Rossendale Hills in the West Pennines of northern England. Also known locally as "Whitworth Castle" because of the unusual castellated gable end overlooking the valley, it is the only Grade II Listed Building in Shawforth.
